Charlotte is named after the author of the classic novel Jane Eyre. Jane Eyre is a great read that explores classism, sexuality, religion and feminism - all well ahead of it's time.

Charlotte is 120 mins drive north of Sydney in the heart of NSW's premier wine region - home to more than 120 wineries, gourmet restaurants and concerts in the vineyards. Providing a spectacular landscape view of magnificent natural beauty, Charlotte is situated on a semi-secluded block surrounded by horses, kangaroos and other wildlife. Weather permitting and depending on the day, you may see vintage airplanes and hot-air balloons skimming over the sunset. If you want to do something special - let us know and we can try and arrange for a helicopter to pick you up from your Tiny and take you to a few wineries nearby! This property is perfect for couple, families and friends looking to get away and relax, but remain connected to civilisation, wineries and fancy eateries.

Charlotte sleeps 2 to 4 with a Queen loft and a double pull out downstairs. We provide Bedding, Linen + Towels, USB charger, Cold Fridge, Hot Shower, Toilet, Fan + Heater, Stove + BBQ, Fire Pit + Outdoor Stove, Cutlery + Plates, Outdoor seating, Books + Games and Provisions (soap, shampoo, conditioner, drinkable water, salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, matches and oil). Bring only food & drinks. Charlotte has phone reception. Our tiny houses are powered by the sun and gas bottles so don't expect to charge your laptop or plug in any appliances, but there is a small USB charger that may work if the sun is shining!

Unfortunately Tiny House Charlotte has a strict no pets policy - sorry!

I want an off-grid tiny house!

I went to this beautiful stay with two friends for my 21st birthday! We did wine tastings during the day then arrived at our tiny house at 3pm. You can not see anything or anyone except the cows and kangaroos that were there to greet us when we arrived! We were able to have a beautiful fire and the sun set and the stars began to come out. There was not a house light or streetlight in sight! We were surrounded by complete darkness for the first time in my life! After, we were able to reside in our tiny house where the beautiful big windows invited the night sky filled with stars inside! In the morning we woke up to watch the beautiful sunrise and had a beautiful breakfast outside. I can not speak highly enough of Tiny Charlotte! It’s an amazing spot to connect with friends without having any distractions and just spend some time surrounded by nature! Best 21st I could have asked for!

Delightful tiny house experience

Charlotte is a delight - it had everything we needed to feel ‘off the grid’ without the hardships. We cooked over an open fire and watched horses, kangaroos and crows in neighbouring paddocks. But when we wanted a hot shower or to boil a kettle for a cup of tea on a stove, that was an option too. The cabin is in great condition and everything we needed was there. I would recommend this to people who like camping - and to people who like something that is a bit more luxurious.

Excellent get away

I stayed in Charlotte and instantly fell in love with everything. The tiny house is a great and has everything you need, the location is amazing and the views from the tiny house are stunning. So much stuff to do in the hunter so this is perfect if you still want to go out throughout the day. I will definitely be booking another get away. Refreshing and relaxing.

We loved the location. Far enough away to be a holiday and to get some peace but close enough to everything the Hunter had to offer.
