India

India is named after one of the characters in Gone with the Wind by Margaret Mitchell, one of our favourite books. First published in 1936, this historical classic novel is a must read. It is a story about coming-of-age amid war and easily transports you to a different time and place.

Location

India is a very short 75 mins drive from Sydney CBD and located on a spectacular winery estate in the heart of the Shoalhaven Coastal Wine Region. Set on a semi-secluded rainforest hideaway overlooking a dam and rows of vines one of NSW's most awarded winery. Only a short drive to the beach, cafes, restaurants and wineries. The perfect getaway for couples, mates or those simply looking for a quick getaway without fully disconnecting from society (full mobile reception at the property).

Details

India sleeps 2 to 4 with a Queen loft and a large sofa pull out downstairs. We provide Bedding, Linen + Towels, USB charger, Cold Fridge, Hot Shower, Toilet, Fan + Heater, Stove + BBQ, Fire Pit + Outdoor Stove, Cutlery + Plates, Outdoor seating, Books + Games and Provisions (soap, shampoo, conditioner, drinkable water, salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, matches and oil). Bring only food & drinks. There is only phone reception at the property. Our tiny houses are powered by the sun and gas bottles so don't expect to charge your laptop or plug in any appliances, but there is a small USB charger that may work if the sun is shining!

Unfortunately Tiny House India has a strict no pets policy - sorry!   

Terms

Check-in at 3pm and check-out 11am. TWO night minimum stay Friday/Saturday, ONE night minimum stay Sunday-Thursday. All ONE night stays incur a $50 supplement to cover consumables such as gas, water & cleaning. Further details in the FAQ and provided upon booking.
