Tiny house Clancy in NSW is a pet-friendly escape brimming with fresh mountain air. Set between two National Parks, Clancy is surrounded by stunning scenery, energetic hikes and the crisp mountain air you’ve been missing.  Named after the iconic Australian outdoorsman, ‘Clancy’ made famous in Banjo Patterson’s Clancy of the Overflow and The Man from Snowy River. A stay at tiny house Clancy is an opportunity to soak in the drover’s life, “...at night the wond'rous glory of the everlasting stars.”

Location

Tiny house Clancy is two hours north west of Sydney between the Wollemi & Yengo National Parks. Surrounding tiny house Clancy, there are a million hectares of national park and wilderness to explore - think sandstone cliffs, slot canyons and waterfalls. There are also scenic lookouts, walking tracks, cycling trails and horseback riding on-site (you can add this to your booking). Clancy is a pet-friendly tiny house, so furry friends are welcome!

Details

Tiny house Clancy sleeps four with a Queen bed in the loft and two single beds downstairs. We provide bedding, linen + towels, USB charger, bar fridge, hot shower, toilet, fan + heater, stovetop + BBQ, fire pit, cutlery, plates, outdoor seating, books, board games and  basic provisions such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, drinkable water, salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, matches and oil. Bring only food & drinks. Our tiny houses are powered by the sun and gas bottles, so don't expect to charge your laptop or plug in any appliances, but there is a small USB charger that may work if the sun is shining! There is no mobile reception at the tiny house (or within ~30km of the property). You may get a weak signal on some spots on the property and 4G (Telstra) at a cafe 5 mins away. Please note the single beds are set up on an “L” shaped lounge. One of the single beds (i.e. one side of the lounge) is perfect for children, but adults may find it a little tight. The other side comfortably sleeps an adult). 

Terms

Check-in at 3pm and check-out 11am. Two night minimum stay Friday and Saturday. One night minimum stay Sunday-Thursday. All single night stays incur a $50 supplement to cover consumables such as gas, water & cleaning. Further details in the FAQ and provided upon booking.
