Christopher is the name of a young adventurer who threw it all in for a new way of life. Rather than bowing to the herd-like demands of modern society, he packed his bag, hit the road and travelled deep into the wild. Christopher's adventures serve as inspiration for our business and have been made famous by the novel and film - Into the wild.

Christopher is 120 mins drive (2wd accessible) north west Sydney between the Wollemi & Yengo National Parks. Surrounding tiny house Christopher, there are a million hectares of national park and wilderness to explore. Deep Aboriginal heritage and outstanding geological features (300m sandstone cliffs, slot canyons and waterfalls) with scenic views from lookouts, walking tracks, cycling trails and horseback riding on-site (booking required). Plenty of wild-life (kangaroos, wallabies, koalas and wombats). Christopher is pet friendly and perfect for couples, families and friends looking to completely disconnect and relax (with a large fire pit and comfy hammock).

Christopher sleeps 2 to 4 with a Queen loft bed and a double pull out downstairs. We provide Bedding, Linen + Towels, USB charger, Cold Fridge, Hot Shower, Toilet, Fan, Stove + BBQ, Fire Pit + Outdoor Stove, Cutlery + Plates, Outdoor seating, Books + Games and Provisions (soap, shampoo, conditioner, drinkable water, salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, matches and oil). Bring only food & drinks. Our tiny houses are powered by the sun and gas bottles. Don't expect to charge your laptop or plug in any appliances, but there is a small USB charger that may work if the sun is shining! There is no mobile reception at the tiny house (or within ~30km of the property). You may get a weak signal on some spots on the property and 4G (Telstra) at a cafe 5 mins away.

Check-in at 3pm and check-out 11am. TWO night minimum stay Friday/Saturday, ONE night minimum stay Sunday-Thursday. All ONE night stays incur a $50 supplement to cover consumables such as gas, water & cleaning. Further details in the FAQ and provided upon booking. Please note that by booking with us you automatically accept our Terms & Conditions. Christopher is a pet friendly location! If you wish to bring a pet please review the T&C's first

Couple Stay

We had such an amazing time staying in the Christopher Tiny House. This was the perfect way to experience nature and still have all the creature comforts. We are so excited to explore more of the Tiny Houses across NSW. Thank you for the perfect romantic weekend away!

My partner and I had a lovely weekend at Christopher. The tiny house is very secluded on the property, and has wonderful views of the Australian bush. The perfect romantic getaway!

Definitely Recommend!

We loved Christopher! All the best bits of camping but with added luxury and none of the fuss. Staying in a tiny house was such an experience, it was far more spacious than I expected. The location was perfect! Plenty to do and explore. Do your self a favour and make a booking right now, you won't be sorry!

100% bliss

We had the most amazing experience staying in the tint house. Falling asleep looking at the stars and waking up to the sunrise and birds singing every morning.Plenty of places to walk around to and the farmers were very friendly and let us get us close with their horses, cows and dogs. A one of the kind holiday , so peaceful and stunning is every direction you look.

So beautiful I popped the question 😍

I booked a surprise weekend away here for my girlfriend and I and it was so romantic I popped the question! Great to get away from everything and back to nature. We cooked all our meals on the open fire and lived chatting and drinking under the stars. Can not recommend enough.she said yes by the way.

Amazing Hiking!!

I loved staying at the tiny house and waking up to the sound of birds rather than cars! It's so peaceful and green and you can see so many stars on a clear night. I'm already recommending it to all my friends!'
